AIRPORT GROUND STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE

(FOR GROUND HOSTESS & TRAFFIC ASSISTANT)

ELIGIBILITY:

(a) Age :- 18 to 30 years. NO SEX BAR.

(b) Educational Qualification :- H.S.C. (10+2) Pass any stream.

(c) Height : - Minimum 5'2" for Air Hostess (Female)

(d) Minimum 5'00"

(e) Weight :- In proportion to age and height.

(f) Vision :- Normal (Contact Lenses acceptable)t.

DURATION : 08 Weeks.

Days to Attend : Tuesday to Sunday (3 hours per day)

Special vacation Batch Duration : 04 Weeks, Tuesday to Sunday (6 hours per day)

Syllabus will be same as of In-flight Management and Services Course for Airhostess and flight purser except Paragraph (C). Instead of paragraph (C) , candidates for Airport Ground Staff and Customer Service Course will be taught and trained for handling of passenger and baggage at the airport which includes Passenger Check in, Baggage Registration, Passenger's Air ticket, Issue of Boarding pass, Terminal Announcements, Safety & Security aspects etc.
